I bought this thing a week ago and it worked fine for a few days and now nothing. Tried redoing the install, deleted the app, reinstalled etc. and the app can't find the ditto. I really don't want to bother buying a new battery since I think the thing should last longer than a few days so what's the point. Any ideas?

    Hi J!

Thank you for getting in touch with us!
I'm sorry that you are having issues with your Ditto.

I think I may know what is going could be that your Ditto is connected to your phone's bluetooth still, and/or that you have not restarted your phone in awhile.

First, if you are using an iPhone, please go into the bluetooth menu. You should see Ditto with a blue "i" over it and it should say "connected".
Press that Blue "i" and then choose "Forget this device"

Once you have done that, please turn your phone off, wait about 2 minutes, and then turn it back on.
When you turn it back on, go ahead and set up your Ditto again. Once you do that, everything should be up and running!

Thank you for your time and have a great day!
